Wiwynn's internship program, now in its fifth year, has expanded from two departments to ten. Guided by professional mentors, interns engage in internal projects to understand corporate operations and acquire new professional skills. In 2023, the internship program applied AI deep learning models to asset inventory, enhancing accuracy and efficiency while reducing manual review time.

Wiwynn strives to nurture exceptional talent, facilitating young professionals' transition into the workforce and contributing to social stability.

In 2023, Wiwynn selected "Little Sprout Workshop" and "Little Shell Workshop" as public procurement partners, helping disadvantaged groups gain employment and integrate into society.

This initiative enhances their living capabilities, enabling them to achieve self-reliance and fulfill their dreams, thus contributing positively to society. Wiwynn's influence generates a positive energy that promotes societal betterment.

Wiwynn collaborates with universities globally on industry-related issues, promoting knowledge, technology, and resource sharing through industry-academia exchanges. These collaborations provide students with employment opportunities, bridging the gap between theory and practice, and nurturing innovative talent. This accelerates the practical application of academic research, driving technological innovation and embodying Wiwynn's vision of "Unleashing Digital Power, Igniting Sustainable Innovation."

Environmental Education
In response to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and World Oceans Day on June 8, 2023, Wiwynn hosted the "Smart Eating to Save the Ocean" seminar. This educational event aimed to connect employees with marine conservation, teaching them about seasonal seafood and how to choose and consume fish responsibly, fostering a culture of sustainable seafood consumption.

Natural Conservation
Since 2021, Wiwynn has initiated the "Ocean Hugs" coastal reforestation project, with leadership participation from the chairman, directors, employees, and suppliers. They have collectively planted 24,800 trees in regions like Yilan, Taijiang National Park, Shei-Pa National Park, and Hengchun. Additionally, the new factory in Malaysia, in collaboration with local industrial zone developers, plans to invest approximately NT$18 million to plant 22,000 trees, including in Sabah, creating a green industrial park in harmony with the community.

Wiwynn's actions demonstrate a strong commitment to environmental conservation, aiming to extend sustainable practices to a wider audience.
