Taipei, June 3, 2024 -- Wiwynn (6669), an innovative cloud IT infrastructure provider for data centers, is set to showcase its AI and thermal advancements at COMPUTEX 2024 from June 4 to June 7, 2024, at booth G0017 in TaiNEX1, Taipei. Wiwynn’s exhibit will spotlight a diverse array of rack-level AI solutions paired with cutting-edge advanced cooling technologies, highlighting its unwavering commitment to innovation. Featuring AI GPUs and custom ASIC, alongside a variety of cooling technologies, Wiwynn aims to enable robust and efficient AI training and inference, in response to the rising market demands.

At COMPUTEX 2024, Wiwynn will impress the market with demonstrations of next-generation AI-accelerating platforms from leading technology providers, NVIDIA, Intel, and AMD. Highlights include:

  • NVIDIA GB200 NVL72: As one of the first in line with NVIDIA GB200 NVL72-readiness, Wiwynn will showcase the liquid-cooled, rack-level AI system, developed in close collaboration with Wistron Corporation. The 36 NVIDIA GB200 Grace Blackwell Superchip-powered AI system supercharges training and inference for trillion-parameter-scale AI models while providing 25x lower total cost of ownership (TCO) compared with the previous generation of GPUs.
  • NVIDIA MGX™: Wiwynn GS1400A is a 4U AI server based on NVIDIA MGX™, accommodating eight NVIDIA H200 NVL PCIe Tensor Core GPUs to bring accelerated computing into any data center with modular server designs.
  • NVIDIA Spectrum-X: New NVIDIA GB200 NVL72 and MGX-based systems include NVIDIA BlueField-3 SuperNICs, part of the NVIDIA Spectrum-X Ethernet platform, to enable superior networking performance for AI clouds.
  • NVIDIA-Certified System: Wiwynn offers servers that also support NVIDIA NIM inference microservices, part of the NVIDIA AI Enterprise software platform.

Addressing the escalating thermal challenges, rack-level thermal management, and solutions designed for data center facilities are critical for TCO optimization. Wiwynn’s longstanding investments in advanced cooling technologies offer comprehensive thermal solutions, spanning from air cooling to single- and two-phase direct-to-chip liquid cooling (DLC) to single- and two-phase immersion cooling. Key highlights include:

  • Liquid-cooling management system: Wiwynn UMS100, designed for DLC racks, immersion cooling tanks, and data center facilities, compatible with various in-row CDUs and sidecars. It offers real-time monitoring, cooling energy optimization, rapid leak detection, and containment capabilities.
  • Two-phase, dielectric direct-to-chip liquid cooling solution: Developed in collaboration with ZutaCore®, a leading provider of DLC and waterless liquid cooling solutions, it advances cooling efficiency and thermal capability, starting from 132kW per rack, with phase change for further enhancement while safeguarding IT gears from water damage.

"We are excited to showcase our complete AI and advanced cooling solutions at COMPUTEX 2024," said Emily Hong, Chair and Chief Strategy Officer of Wiwynn. "By delivering innovations that drive unprecedented performance and efficiency, Wiwynn is empowering data centers worldwide to unlock new possibilities in high-performance computing."

“NVIDIA and Wiwynn are working together to deliver scalable and sustainable accelerated computing using NVIDIA’s powerful AI platform that features GB200 NVL72, MGX and advanced networking,” said Kaustubh Sanghani, vice president of GPU product management at NVIDIA. “Our collaboration aims to bring innovation to the modern data center and power a new era of computing.”
