Wiwynn Launches SV7110 Storage Server and Submits Its Design to the OCP Foundation
(March 11, 2015, Taipei) Wiwynn proudly announces the launching of its key OCP product SV7110. At the same time, we are submitting this product’s mechanical and electrical assets to the OCP Foundation for review. By sharing ideas, specifications and design details, Wiwynn firmly avows its commitment to the OCP community.

Based on Facebook’s Honey Badger specs, converted from Open Vault Storage, SV7110 is a light-weight storage server with simple and cost-effective solution. Key items of SV7110 include but not limited to:
- Intel® Atom™ Processor C2000 card with
- Up to four DDR3 SO-DIMM slots,
- One mSATA SSD connector,
- One NGFF M.2 connector
- One PCI-E x8 mezzanine slot for 10GbE SFP+ port
- SAS 12G controller and expander
- OCP Debug header
Wiwynn SV7110 is based on an architecture that contains an Intel® Atom™ Processor based micro-server card and a 12G SAS solution baseboard with Avago controller and expander chips.
